1. Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery service to addresses in Hong Kong island, Kowloon and New Territories, except the following areas:
Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Sha Tau Kok, Luk Keng, Wu Kau Tang, Tai Mong Tsai and restricted districts and areas that vans cannot access.
If you are not sure if we provide delivery service, please feel free to contact us.

2. Do I need to pay the extra delivery fee?
We provide free delivery service for the most of areas, except the following areas:

(free delivery to Tseung Kwan O, Hang Hau, Clear Water Bay and Tiu Keng Leng)

3. Can I select the delivery time slot?
Specified delivery time slot service is not supported, delivery time as below:

4. Will the delivery person contact me on the delivery day?
Yes! We will call you when we are almost there.
5. Can I give an ATL for my home delivery to my doorstep security/guard/concierge?
Sure, you just need to fill in the “Special Request for Delivery” or let we know when we call you on the delivery day.
6. What should I do when I get my seafood?
If there are enough space, you can put all the seafood to your refrigerator; If not, you can just simply keep the seafood inside the bag or foam box till you ready to cook. Please notice that if there are fresh male or female crabs (膏蟹/肉蟹/台山膏蟹/黃膏奄仔蟹) in your order, you have to take it out from the bag or foam box and keep it at room temperature.
7. Do I need to go lobby to pick up if my building without lift?
For the buildings without lift, we provide free delivery under 3 floors, or our delivery will be limited to lobby only.
